Wisconsin is one of the many states that border the Great Lakes, in this case, Lakes Superior and Michigan. Amish live in Wisconsin as do eleven Native American Indian tribes, both bringing their own unique flavor to the crafts and history that is solely Wisconsin's. And the state was the home of Frank Lloyd Wright whose architectural style can still be felt throughout the world.
Wisconsin is known as America's Dairyland and this tradition of cheese making has earned Packer's fans the nickname of 'cheeseheads'.
