Nuevo Vallarta - Puerto Vallarta's Sister

Many people have heard of Puerto Vallarta but many have not heard of Nuevo Vallarta. Located in Mexico, Nuevo Vallarta emerged as a sister resort area to Puerto Vallarta and it includes numerous resorts and Nuevo Vallarta timeshares for you to enjoy. There are almost four miles of fine sand beaches for visitors to enjoy and as it is not as well known as its sister resort, it is not as crowded with vacationers. It is a little slice of paradise that you can relax in while enjoying a wide variety of activities.

When you have a Nuevo Vallarta timeshare you will be staying in an area that is filled with sumptuous villas that have its own piers around the lagoon. There is plenty of lush vegetation that provides privacy at your Nuevo Vallarta timeshare and it allows you to relax in peace and quiet while enjoying the view. The lagoon itself is an area of wildlife preservation and a sanctuary for hundred of wild birds. When you visit Nuevo Vallarta, you can swim with dolphins, shop in its mall, enjoy playing tennis at one of the many clubs, enjoy a zoo, eat international cuisine and visit the two fully equipped marinas.

In addition to a wide variety of water activities - such as boating, swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, etc. - you can visit the ranches located in nearby Mezcales. Here you can watch the process of obtaining liquor from the agave, a Mexican cactus that grows in the area. Additionally, the Banderas Bay International Regatta is held in Nuevo Vallarta every March and visitors to the city can enjoy the festival like atmosphere as they watch the race of international boaters.

Whale Watching
If you are enjoying your Nuevo Vallarta timeshare between the months of December and April you have the chance to see live humpback whales off of the coast. You will be able to get close enough to them to take pictures, hear their song and maybe even touch one as they swim close to you.

Cypress Gardens
Known for the historic botanical gardens that were started over 72 years ago, Cypress Gardens includes native plants and exotic species in over 30 acres of land. In the middle of the garden stands a giant Banyan tree that was planted in 1939 and the Topiary Trail offers you a collection of beautifully sculptured plants. An amusement park with rides and a water park are also part of the gardens.

Miami Metro Zoo
With more than 900 animals, 740 acres of land and 80 exhibits, the Miami Metro Zoo is a great place to visit. The walking trails of the zoo cover around three miles that is combined with great animal enclosures, restaurants, and shops.

By investing in a Miami Beach timeshare, you also can enjoy many of the sites and attractions in and around the city of Miami. You will be able to visit Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and South Beach while staying in your Miami Beach timeshare.
